They were highly skilled, always prompt, respectful and very careful. Work was timely and cleanup was the best I've seen. Truly a joy to work with everyone at Copeland's. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and attention to detail from Tod Copeland and his crew. Tod was straight forward from the beginning about the entire process, and the time frame for extending our existing hand scraped wood floors into our master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom (both rooms were previously carpeted). Juan and his crew are truly talented, and we could not be happier with how well the new floors match our existing floors - both in style and color. The crew took great care in the prep and clean up, and in removing and replacing the furniture in the two rooms. Tod was quick to respond to any questions we had during the project. Everything went smoothly and was on schedule. By far the best contractor and crew we have dealt with for upgrades to our home. :)

We love our new floors in our church youth rooms! Kyle is so great to work with! He has helped us replace the flooring and carpeting in every area of our church over the past 10 years. He also helped us recently install hardwood floors in our home. They are gorgeous!! His installers are the best in the business. Copeland's Carpets & More recently provided work for our master and guest bathrooms. The master shower required total demolition. We are very pleased with our beautiful, more spacious, new shower. Tod and his crew are professional, provide quality craftsmanship with attention to detail, and have great work ethic. Amazing company! We were really going through it with all the damages caused by multiple leaks throughout our home. Kyle was extremely friendly, patient and informative! He came out the following day that we were put in contact with Copeland's and was able to send us an estimate and get the work scheduled smoothly! I cannot say enough good things about Todd and his team. We previously had a terrible experience with another company that left our floors destroyed and incomplete. I was really nervous trusting another company after such a terrible experience, but Todd and team well surpassed any expectations I had. They took care of moving all of our furniture out of the house, sanded, re-stained and moved the furniture back in only a matter of 3 days. The team was incredibly professional, efficient and truly experts in their craft. I cannot believe how beautiful the floors look now. I will forever use Copeland's Carpets & More for any future tiling and wood floor needs and will recommend their services to anyone.
